Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms between you and Elvic IT operating Agents Shops.

Service

We provide configurable WhatsApp AI agents, inbox tools, and billing. Agents answer enquiries, qualify leads, and take booking requests; they may not check live inventory systems unless you integrate them. Human handoff is available in the inbox.

Trial, renewal, cancellation, refunds

• New companies receive a 14-day Starter trial unless stated otherwise.
• Paid plans renew monthly until canceled in Billing.
• Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period end.
• Refunds for unused periods are not automatic; contact support within 7 days of a billing error.

Success fee

On the Success plan, a 1.5% fee applies to WhatsApp-attributed sales the agent records when a customer confirms a purchase. You can review and dispute entries on the Sales page. Fees exclude taxes; currency conversion may apply for mobile money settlement.

Acceptable use

You must comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies, privacy law, and not use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful content. You are responsible for disclosures to your end customers.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months, except where law forbids limitation.
