Security overview

We protect customer data with HTTPS, access-controlled dashboards, encrypted secrets in hosting, and least-privilege database access. WhatsApp credentials are stored per company and never shown in full in the UI.

• Authentication via email magic links (Auth.js)
• Role separation: Owner vs Staff
• Provider delivery errors sanitized for operators
• Conversation memory partitioned by agent
